1. About the Service

JYOTVIRA AI Assistant is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product operated by JYOTVIRA Systems, Palava, Dombivli, Thane, Maharashtra, India. The Service provides AI-assisted business communication tools including generation of WhatsApp replies, sales messages, payment reminders, and related business communication in English, Hinglish, and Marathi.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Plans and Usage Limits

• Usage counters reset on the 1st of each calendar month.
• Unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
• API requests beyond the plan limit are blocked, not queued.
• "Unlimited" on the Business plan means no monthly response cap, subject to fair use.

4. Payments and Billing

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Plans are billed monthly. There is no automatic recurring billing — each month requires a new payment.
• Plan upgrades take effect immediately upon payment confirmation.
• We do not store card numbers, bank details, or CVV codes. These are handled by Razorpay.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan has been activated and responses are available.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents use of the service within 24 hours of payment, contact us for a resolution.
• You may cancel future renewals at any time by simply not renewing — there is no auto-renewal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, phishing messages, or fraudulent communication
• Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals
• Generate content that is illegal under Indian law
• Circumvent usage limits through automated scripts or multiple accounts
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Input personally sensitive data of others without their consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

7. AI-Generated Content

• The AI responses generated are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before sending it.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
• Do not share confidential business information, trade secrets, or sensitive personal data in your inputs.
• Input messages are transmitted to OpenAI's API for processing. By using the Service, you consent to this.

8. Intellectual Property

• The JYOTVIRA AI platform, design, code, and branding are the property of JYOTVIRA Systems.
• AI-generated responses are provided to you for your business use. We claim no ownership of generated content.
• You retain ownership of the input messages you provide.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

• Third-party services (OpenAI, Razorpay, hosting provider)
• Scheduled maintenance
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, JYOTVIRA Systems shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content
• Any amount exceeding the total fees paid by you in the prior month

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
