Refund & Cancellation Policy

JYOTVIRA AI Assistant provides a digital SaaS service. Once a subscription plan is activated and AI response credits become available, the service has been delivered. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. General Refund Policy

Subscription fees paid for Pro (₹199/month) and Business (₹999/month) plans are non-refundable once the plan has been activated and credits are available in your account.

This policy is consistent with standard practice for digital SaaS services where the product is available immediately upon payment.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will consider a full refund request only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: You paid but the plan did not activate (credits not updated) and no AI responses were generated — contact us within 24 hours with your Razorpay Payment ID.
  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same plan in the same billing cycle — we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
  • Incorrect Amount Charged: You were charged an amount different from what was displayed at checkout.

Refund requests outside these scenarios are at our sole discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@jyotvira.com with:

  • Subject: "Refund Request — [your registered email]"
  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID (visible on your payment receipt)
  • Reason for the request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.

4. Cancellation Policy

JYOTVIRA AI plans are not auto-renewing. You are charged only when you explicitly choose to upgrade or renew.

  • Your plan remains active until the end of its usage period (monthly credits).
  • If you do not renew, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan at the start of the next month.
  • No cancellation action is required — simply do not make a new payment.
  • You may continue to use your account on the Free plan (10 responses/month) indefinitely after a paid plan expires.

5. Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at info@jyotvira.com. We will process the deletion within 7 business days. Note that payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for financial compliance.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you may also raise a dispute directly through Razorpay's resolution centre.
